revolutionizing the way we see work by introducing Hololens, which is an
untethered device using artificial intelligence and mixed reality to solve work
related problems in various industries.
It basically enables us to visualize our work in new ways as it assists us to turn our mere ideas into reality. Moreover, it has many applications when it comes to the learning aspect of the work, as one can have access to the instructor from the digital interface giving real time directions. It changes the way we communicate with each other as you can visualize the ideas by the help of graphics.
As we know that the employees are the heart of any business because they run operations in the workplace. It is important to aid them while solving the complex problems. It sometimes requires the expert to do so. Hololens is making it possible by allowing employees to get help from experts in the remote location where assistance is not available to solve the problems in real time. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Assist allows them to bring in the people they need from anywhere in the world through virtual interface. They can assist them by giving directions about the task by pointing out the possible solutions through the device.
Training and development is important aspect of any
organization, as new employees are mostly reliant on instructions to do the
task assigned to them. As the work progresses towards future, the work becomes
more complicated. The traditional ways of training may become ineffective and
there is a need for possible solution that can make it easier for both parties.
Microsoft Hololens allow the instructor to write the step by step instructions
on the system. It also enables them to also record the required movements and
tools that must be used to perform the task. It allows manager to pass these
guidelines to the employees through mixed reality. The instructions point out

This is the matter of science fiction which ultimately
somehow turns into reality changing the way how we see world around us. As a
child, I used to adore these kinds of gadgets that seem futuristic. At the
time, I believe that they are some sort of fragmentation of someone’s mind that
can’t be real. I was wrong, they proved me wrong.
